The Department for Social Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(1) and Article 21(1)(a) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1998(2), and now vested in it(3), and sections 2(1)(a) and (c) and (4)(a) and (c), 3(1)(c), (2)(b) and (d) and (3), 4(2)(a), (3) and (6)(a) and (c), 5(2) and (3), 8(1) to (3), (4)(a) and (b), (5) and (6), 9(1) to (3) and (4)(a) and (b), 11(1), (2)(a) to (g), (3) to (5), (6)(a) and (7)(c), 12(1), (2)(a) to (h) and (3) to (7), 14(1) and (2)(a) and (b), 16(2)(a) and (4), 17, 18(1), (2) and (4), 20(2) to (7), 23(1) and (3), 24(1), (2)(b) and (3), 25(1) and (2) and 26(1) of, and paragraphs 1(4), 3(2), 4(1)(a) and (c), (3) and (4), 6(1)(b), (2) to (5), (7) and (8) of Schedule 1 and paragraphs 1 to 7, 8(1), 9, 10, 12 and 14 of Schedule 2 to, the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007(4).
