Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1(2) of the Education Act 2005(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) Order 2007 and comes into force on 7th March 2007.
2. The person named in the Schedule to this Order is appointed Her Majesty’s Inspector of Schools in England.
